Gartner positions Infonova in its 2015 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs

Infonova, a leading Digital Ecosystem Management Platform vendor, announces that it has been positioned in this year’s Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for CSPs by leading analyst firm Gartner for the first time.

Gartner’s Magic Quadrant positions solution suites that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service, analytics and other related functions. Aimed to provide CSPs with the necessary information in order to match available solutions with their business goals and solution requirements, vendors are analysed and evaluated on two dimensions: ‘Ability to Execute’ and ‘Completeness of Vision’.

For the purpose of this report, Gartner has evaluated Infonova and positions the company with its software platform, Infonova R6, among the 19 providers in IRCM. Infonova R6 is a Digital Ecosystem Management Platform with the functionalities of a Business Support System (BSS) at its core.

Infonova believes this recognition for the company and its Infonova R6 Digital Ecosystem Enablement Platform underlines Infonova’s focus and determination in providing innovative solutions to service providers in the Digital Economy.
